Bushies don't get it. They lied. Gave us fraudulent intel. Told us Saddam was an imminent threat but he went down like a mouse and had now WMD's ready to use, no SCUDS, hardly much at all. So doesn't matter if they find Anthrax in a tube over there someday. Doesn't matter is they find mass graves or nasty letters to the Cato Foundation. Doesn't matter what. The whole basis for the war was presented to us in a dishonest fashion. The issue back then was - can Bush wait 3 weeks so Chile will vote for the 2nd resolution? No, Bush couldn't wait. Why? Because he didn't want the othre countries sharing in the oil. The oil was everything. And why was this war started by Bush in the first place? To coincide with election season, so he could swipe the Senate and make sure he cant be subpoened unless GOP moderates force him. It's all a big fix and a big hoodwinking. And Iraq is now actually more dangerous to us than it was before. We are losing an average of one soldier per day ovre there and there's not much we can do about it since they're targets forced to do police duty because Bush rejected UN peacekeepers.
