when the shrub or anyone for that matter
says "god bless america" - are they referring to
north america, central america or south
america? like, are they talking about all
of us or what? or are they just referring to
the middle part of north america in which
case should they not be saying, "god bless the
middle part of north america and forget about
the northern (canada) and southern (mexico)
parts" or, that being the case, why wouldn't
he/they just say, "god bless the united states"?

puzzling, no?
