Actually I pretty much agree with this but would add that the cacophony of wouldn't be complaining about rising healthcare, is partly generated by perception. I work a lot from home and had two business land lines and a cell at home plus two high speed net connections, one DSL and one cable. I turfed two land lines and will be soon turfing the cable high speed (and doubling my DSL speed) all for cost savings. These costs haven't gone up and my income hasn't gone down but the uncertainty out there has certainly affected my perception of what is expensive.
