I've reduced my business overhead tremendously in the last two years for some of the same reasons. I just replaced the last land line (been using a cell phone for the primary business number for years now) attached to a fax machine with an eFax service at half the price and that will be gone as soon as I can get my clients to all use email instead of a damned fax machine.
