Sometimes when there is smoke, there is fire* Here is the news over the past some weeks which I find impressive finance.yahoo.com I am pretty happy with my portfolio at present: Long CBD MNG (MAE.TO) NEM (big) MVG RDU CDU IMR SML SWG (ouch) CKG EGO (ELD.TO) a little PAAS and SSRI a smattering of others like CQR TM INM + of course my diamonds SRM.V <g> and NEM.V Actually even the dogs like SWG and CQR are maybe showing a few signs of life I really think it is wise to diversify given that the field as a whole is extremely risky and that the unexpected negative news could come out at any time ala GBU and trash an individual stock. Sometimes even good news comes out and the stock tanks ala SWG. Therefore I will certainly look into CBR because I love Canadian Diamonds (that is the good plays) I think a little more diversification is always good Do you have any links for it? *vaguely borrowed from some post somewhere
