i've been mostly lurking this thread for several years and have noticed how the content seems to have evolved from questions about system operations issues to privacy and anti-spam and virus control, prevention, or restoration once you've been infected here are are a couple of sites i found helpful one that deals with antispam legislation issues and the other has very simple non- tech jargon dedicated to internet privacy. (i have not read the sites entirely yet....but within moments on the "dummy" sitei found a link redirecting me to techtv for a antispam download for "punishing spammers" gotta love that one <g cauce.org internetprivacyfordummies.com techtv.com
