Steve,

Good job on Vical! I will opine, however, that its rise is in tandem with the biotech sector as a whole and the cancer research stocks (largely due to Imclone's recent announcement) specifically rather than investors seeing it as a value play.

Do not get me wrong, I invest in both value and growth companies, and have come close to investing in Vical several times. I just would not call it a value stock when the burn rate (net loss) is so high.

It is all sematics, however. Value or growth, when you are making money it is a good thing! Congratulations!

Steve
