So how do you fade it? Shouldn't we be looking for the poorest credit risks on these, and shorting a whole basket of them? You'd want to short the convertibles, invest the proceeds in high quality inflation indexed debt (TIPS), and then wait for the poor credit risks to bomb.

Seriously, can we set this up?
