This is a major and strategic development in the Architectural arena, here in the US.

Take note that Laminated Technologies doubled their production capacity and moved closer to their key customers in the North East. Their plant is less than 500 miles from the main production plant of Traco. The Supply Chain on the Architectural side of the business are fully integrated with Traco's addition as Traco has the full service capability to bid on very large, government, large, medium, and residential type contracts and has the full technology, engineering, sales and contracts support to allow SPD to move at full speed ahead.

Air Products, on the other hand, will provide the spd film/emulsion supply necessary for elephant size jobs that can come from the Automotive and Architectural side of the business. Then there is Hitachi and Dainippon.

Note that prior to TRACO, we did not have a full service "big time" company who has the resources to compete head on with the "biggies" on "honest to goodness big time jobs".

Finally, Traco will force the hand of the other "big time companies" to move and follow suit. There will be more and bigger news coming.
