Excuse me.......are you saying that Americans can only admire other Americans? You're certifiable.

And as for Reagan, he managed to win the governorship when CA was still a conservative state. Then CA foisted him onto an unsuspecting nation much like TX did with Bush. For those of us to don't live by your ideological standards, Reagan was a so so president.
