What that TI news tells us is the markets in China and Taiwan are now big enough to impact large players when they catch a cold. SARS has kept folks out of store in Asia much as WarTV and the 9/11 attack and cold winters kept the US folks out of the stores for awhile. If everyone is still working in Asia and they save their checks for later, demand should be higher later on to make up for the slowness now. Interesting.
