No, that's not a "fact." They didn't leave on September 11th, so, there's one falsehood at the very start.
Second, do you have any evidence substantiating that they weren't questioned in any way, shape, or form? Casually, even? Or, for that matter, after they reached Saudi Arabia? There are quite a lot of FBI and military intelligence personnel based there, after all, and the express purpose of moving them was to protect them from harm, at the request of their home government. I think its quite likely that during and after that movement they were in touch with American intelligence elements, though obviously I don't know for certain.
More importantly: so what? What does that they might not have been questioned ("interrogated") prove or, as the case may be, disprove?
