I read the NASDAQ's charges against Elgindy regarding Saf-T-Lok and am also the leading expert when it comes to the factual manipulation of Saf-T-Lok. Since the NASDAQ did not bother asking my opinion there reasoning has no bearing to me. Millions of shares of Saf-T-Lok where traded in a fast market. Elgindy only traded less than 1% of the volume. It would have been imposible for him to have manipulated the stock. Especially since the stock price was being manipulated upward by organized crime
