I would not call the 300 million tonnes a "reserve" because I do not see the economic parameters as having been fixed at this point. TIC has to sell their rutile etc. I am waiting to read about the contracts they have signed. Did you notice the little disclaimer after the reserve number about economic parameters? I remember a little company called Tiomin who have some heavy mineral sand reserves they could not sell to anyone- they are still sitting on them after 10 years. Hoping this one works out...
