All of your boxes are talking to each other through your own switch, right? Seems pretty unlikely that a bottleneck at the gateway router would result in time-out errors on the server. If the packets died, there would be no update in the browser, versus the database error message were seeing now. Unless the transaction is occurring on both sides of the router, which would seem to indicate that some processing is still going on at InfoSpace. Any chance of that?
