I did nothing...tried to purchase at 9.85 about a week ago, unsuccessfully, for the arb.

You're right, this thing should be trading virtually at par with the deal price with < 1 week 'til cash in the bank.

No chatter on the boards, the deal is probably done, and the cash will be deposited within a week. If one acquires at 9.92, the annualized return would be about 33%, assuming the cash is in the bank in a week. I'm not willing to put that money at risk for less than a 1% absolute return.
Trading is probably just folks trading out, and locking in profits.
