Like I said in an earlier post:

And like I said to you, sir, that Mr. Bush, a proponent for states'rights during his campaign ran to the Sup. Ct. crying all the way. The SC stepped into a dispute that should have been kept on the state level and decided the election. It was one of those rare times that the SC became partisan.

Since then, I have learned that the right has a way of sliming up even our most venerable of institutions. Nothing personal but you all tend to smell up the joint if you know what I mean.
