Michael,
Do you see DDIM being able to maintain its 80-100 million in sales past 1998? If so, for how long can they do so? What will contribute to DDIM's growth once the Y2K problem has peaked? How can you justify paying 2 - 3X sales for a company whose current business plan ends in 2 1/2 years?
