that is why the smaller stocks have the bigger returns... easier to grow. AMAT as an investment will have a tough time growing faster than the market. Not a bad thing as their market will grow and they will make great profits, but I've made far more money buying the faster growers than the outright leaders in my lifetime. Still have to pay attention to quality, management, etc. I've noticed that others are joining me in including LRCX in the "top 4" that used to be a "top 3."
