I like the bet small, multiple times until you hit theory ... there really are some similarities between the two that are worth noting

These pure inet brokers peaked a good while before the market and trading volumes did. You can see SCH had a nice secondary peak there.

But why should housing be any different? These stocks should peak sometime before the bottom actually falls out for housing. In a few years time (from the peak) these housing stocks will be trading for less than 1/10 of the peak values -- whatever those peak values are.

Yeah, it'd be nice to pick the initial decline with puts -- but shorting after they have turned and just holding will be very profitable ....
