BW, ROYL & RRC made new 52w highs today...Hey hey for the energy rats... The thinking is that electric rates will spike this summer due to all the power being generated with natgas as the power source. Which we figured a year before the last "power crisis," natch.. I addition, I just read that the govt will guarantee the bonds for 6 or 8 new nuclear power plants.. westinghouse.com
