GURUMAN, Wow!! I am intrigued by the fact that Tek owning the flat panel technology is one of the reasons you continue to hold the stock. What are your other reasons? My main reasons are: 1. Technical leadership in measurement technology, including signal aquisition and signal processing. This is technology that will always be needed. 2. A major player in most areas of the television broadcast industry. 3. A leader in the workgroup printer and network display markets, adding to the company's diversification. Hopefully your statement will spark some interest in the flat panel technology. If there is a thread on Sharp or one of those guys, that might be a better place to incite interest. Jay
