Ted, I'm not sure that the two things are analogous. It could be a rich person steals because that's how they learned to make money. However, the issue of rape is rooted much more in psychological issues.
The rich person stealing and the person in power raping have one thing in common: greed. Men are always in search of security, satisfaction, and significance, but the corrupted form of that need is greed.
OK, so the two crimes differ significantly, but I was pointing out the link in order to illustrate why a governor would rape someone in order to feel "more powerful." (notice the quotes)
BTW, even I have a hard time believing that Clinton would violently rape someone. If anything, he could be capable of abusing his power to coerce an unwilling woman into sex. Would that be considered rape? Really foggy area here.
you never said responded to my post re Near Death Experiences[NDE]......do you not believe in them? I find them really interesting and as I read more about them, I began to realize that they are an affirmation of religious people and their belief in Jesus.
Yes, I do believe in them. By the way, there is a lot of material out there on the supernatural. The tough part is trying to figure out what is genuine, what is supernatural deception (i.e. devil dressed as an angel), and what is secular deception (i.e. Miss Cleo and other hucksters-for-profit). And that, I'm afraid, will require more than just reading books.
