I agree on walmart. Whoever is selling or shorting NFLX does not seem to notice what you just pointed out. AMZN is still around and thriving, walmart hasnt seemeed to hurt them much at all (even tho i think AMZN stock is overvalued by a factor of 4).

I did not kow about Walmart's one distr center. Looking at it that way, it's actually more expensive per DVD than NFLX.
