Where rockets came down into a Gaza street,
crowded with pedestrians and rush-hour traffic.
The Hamas target got away, while a crowd of people rushed in to help the other wounded.
And then more rockets came down.

Yes, this sounds like exactly the kind of behavior that shouldn't be rewarded.
If Hamas shouldn't be rewarded for bombing buses,
why should Israel be rewarded for the random killing of Palestinian civilians?
