Just found out about a class action lawsuit filed today. I'm sure I will now lose almost everything I invested. I totally agree with the premise of the suit. Bud Colligan has misled all investors over the past year. I specifically remember him giving a little insight to a great earnings announcement last November. Did he sell while others bought? I think we all know what happened. No need to tell you how that quarter eventually ended. I've thought Bud should have been ousted for quite some time. I don't mind if a company loses market share by lagging in technology, or has a bad string of new gizmos to sell. But, to LIE to your fellow stockholders and mislead the investment community is intolerable. God, please let someone buy this company. It needs direction and discipline. Just my naive two cents.
