..... for dishonesty. Since when has that been a problem here in the Land of the Free and the Home of the Brave?

I can think of countless organizations that would hire him immediately. We could start with the White House or the Pentagon. Numerous Wall Street brokerage firms. He might just have to settle for a position in the NFL, though. Rick has a lot of potential to become the Larry Brown of the NFL.
