A month ago, Wells Fargo overnights me a mortgage agreement for 4.75 @ 15 with zero closing costs. I didn't believe it and kept looking at the fine print and then went to a branch the next day to confirm it. It was real and I closed yesterday. Monthly payments went down 200/ mo and it cost me nada. What a country.
