Paul (and Brad)- I am reading the relevant portions of a "Random Walk down Wall Street" right now. I am a little slow, so don't expect any feedback for a while on this issue. Despite being a results-oriented pragmatist, I maintain an appreciation for theory, so I will give it a look. I will then respond forthrightly to both the book's contention and your last posts to me.
