Not being sarcastic Michael, but that sounds a bit "touchy-feely" to me.. Could you elaborate?

I think even Labor would be desirous of holding the West Bank, if they could politically get away with it. Because "spiritually", the original Zionists had believed they would be able to settle the entire area of Palestine, including Jordan, as per the original agreement with the British.

But obviously, that's no longer an option since peace is the priority in order to sustain the level of social spending they believe appropriate.

But it's not going to go over well that 20% of Israel's population is Palestinian, but Jews will be FORBIDDEN to settle in any new Palestinian state.
