Just a thought that hit me with the talk about Saddam destroying the WMDs in 2002 or 2003 and not documenting it. What if he SOLD the WMDs in '02 or '03. He wouldn't want a paper trail on that or have the inspectors in on it. Might have figured he was in the clear if the inspectors couldn't find any WMDs.
