Yet another story on US government cooking its book. Government Statistics: Lessons in Cooking and Spinning 321gold.com The same governmen't DoD failed to balance its book for the last seven years and hence failed audits by GAO in all seven years, and cannot account for $1trillion worth of stuff. Now they want to show GDP growth, employment growth, productivity growth and income growth.
