You asked a couple of weeks ago about what my realtor friend thought of the $400-$500k market on the Eastside.

I saw her last night and asked your question. She said that the market is spotty, but generally good. She said clean, well designed homes in good locations are still seeing bidding wars, but others in not quite so good locations are not moving as well. I guess selective would be the word.

Are you glad that Neuheisel was sent packing?
