I don't understand what you mean here, you're surely not suggesting that SA or Syria would shift to open support of Hamas? No, no, no. That's not how the game is played. The Arabs will fight on to the last Palestinian. They will never put their own troops in harm's way. That would only confirm for everybody how useless Arab troops are for actual warfare.
