Hi Snowshoe, A tax on studs??? Good thing I don't live there... <g> They should put in a toll booth on all roads going out of Juneau. That should raise about as much money as taxing studded tires... <g> (For those who don't "get it", there are no roads leading out of Juneau.) KJC
