Rubcinon News (con't) The Perry English deal:

In effect Rubicon has established a Royalty Trust covering a vast area of Red Lake thus it will benefit from future production in the form of royalty payments from any discoveries which turn into mines. In the meantime as the 'landlord' of this acreage the company will receive payments in cash and shares from exploration companies - including itself and Anglo. These payments are estimated to total $670,000 for the year ended February 2004. So, Rubicon as an exploration company without production (YET), is in the unique and enviable position of having revenue to offset its operating expenses. To put it mildly this is a brilliant deal and we shouldn't forget that English received RMX stock as part of the agreemnt - so he is motivated thereby to enhance the value of Rubicon shares.
