I remember reading about that. Outrageous. It's obviously a case of malicious prosecution. I love her life story and how she got herself started. Her main detractors (besides this insane prosecutor) seem mostly to be disgruntled ex-employees who couldn't cut the mustard. I'm sure she is an exacting person to work for, but they should know that going in...
