Perhaps the world must nurture Africa, and help her raise the leaders of the future? Africa was once the cradle of civilization, perhaps we must cradle Africa again- and allow it to become a nursery for future leaders. Right now, there is little hope, but there is SOME hope. What Africa needs (IMO) is help, especially for its children. It is those children who may produce the extraordinary leaders of the next generation.

There will be other best chances. I hope. I think we, in the West, can make it more likely that those best chances exist.
