Jane, the bio-rat is our bb penny lotto pick for big return. They have a $57 million counter suit against another of our rat stocks, TRIB. Works out to $3 something a share if they get full relief, if they get just half we still end up with a huge gain. (and as I mentioned earlier in the week, my wife sold 1/2 of her TRIB shares north of 3.15, and the XTRN suit is the reason.) Make no mistake, it is junk at this moment, dead money. Until if/when it ain't....... All lawsuits are a coin flip, so I get either $2-3 or zero, but I like the bet because I have studied the situation.. I could be wrong, but that is the game...
