I really think that Africa needs to be recolonised under the United Nations. Get some North Americans and Europeans there to run the infrastructure, teaching, hospitals etc whilst teaching the locals. These countries now do not allow any migration into them, just a few expats. While the rest of the world is becoming multiculturised, look at Canada, The UK, Europe, Africa remains pretty homogenous.
