There is nothing positive in this release but there is contraction. It certainly isn't an uplifting report. Stats or not deflation though highly improbable due to JIT could eventually arise due to product competition and a limited market to sell to.

California is seeing an increase in populous and a decrease in the job market it appears in the Ca case one of the largest factors of growth is in government.

House repos in So Ca are i believe rising a shade though this end of the market continues to hold and will do so due to rates.

If there is a cap on how low a mortgage can go that should in my opinion will be the indicator that could start one massive correction on the down side. As this area in my opinion is holding the US up.

If someone would say am I seeing more negative than positive in my research I would have to say yes.
