Interesting show on ABC's Nightline last night. The show centered on the facts coming out about the intelligence on WMD. How the President presented as fact things that the intelligence community had already labeled as frauds. Yet these items show up in important pre-written speeches. They also pointed out that Cheney, Rummy and Wolfie all had a predisposition to invading Iraq. Their views on that have been know for a decade. And now that they are all in power they saw the opportunity to attack Iraq. The only thing they needed to do was sell it to the world and the American people. So they started telling us of the urgent danger Iraq imposed. Selling the need to act quickly. Scares of Nukes and WMDS were completely overblown. This is all evident now.
