I would not worry about this lawsuit. It has become increasingly hard to win class action lawsuits, just on the basis that the stock went down or some optimistic statement of the company. I just saw several companies that won those cases, (look at opti 2 months ago).

Of course it may have a small effect on the stock price tomorrow, however the stock will bounce back. In fact it may be that the stock went down the last several days by people having knowledge of the class action and selling the stock in advance. (I think there may be a suit there to sue people who knew of the class action and benefitted as a result).
