It was common knowledge in the intelligence community that there was no conclusive proof that Iraq had WMD. Saddam declared that he did not have WMD. The inspectors did not find WMD. The US has not found WMD?

There seems to be a simple conclusion. There are no WMD.

I stick to the facts.

Your hero Novak, makes use of these words in his article: Assume, might, may, and if. When these words are used it's clear that he doesn't know what he's saying. Too bad Bush was not as careful with his words.
