Hi KastelCo,
Have you looked at RUS. I picked up some awhile ago. It's
moved up its dividend twice--started at 5 cents a quarter,
then 6, then 7. got a good broker's report. Doesn't pay
like the trusts but seems to have some capital gain upside
and if they keep moving up the dividend, the price will
go up with it.
