Hmm... I read that the other day in either the Washington Post or Times..

Thought it had already been posted or I would have done so myself...

But thanks.. I think it's a good article and illustrative as to how, at least in the capital city, the US presence has been moderately successful.

Unlike what Bilow would have us believe, I opine that operations outside of Baghdad will consist of "mopping up" pockets of resistance.

It's the Shiites which have me worried.
