les, is it just me, or do they have to keep lowering mortgage rates to keep this economy moving? if rates level off... say good bye to $100s of billions... i refied 3 months ago at 5 3/8. i'm looking at 4 3/4 today. maybe time to refi again. good thing i didn't pay points 3 months ago like someone here suggested... -lol-
