Insofar as Buffett or Gates actually create jobs and stimulate economic output, it would seem that they contribute a great deal more to the general social welfare than J6P, J3P, or J40oz. So why shouldn't their breaks be proportionally greater?

Likewise, why should payroll taxes be levied at all on the lower middle class, and why should the affluent be allowed to collect Social Security benefits? We should be honest enough to admit that SS is just another transfer program, and there is nothing special about it, or Medicare for that matter.
