Hi All,

This might be a little slightly off topic... but it is still related to taxes. Given the interest rate situation in Canada... I purchased some corporate strip bonds... hoping that I would capture some capital gains on the bond (if/when David Dodge decides to lower the rates). I am getting conflicting and unclear information on how Revenue Canada (CCRA) will treat any capital gains on them. Is it considered interest or true capital gains... should I decide to sell at a profit.

Thanks.
