So lets start asking the hard questions. We all agree this stock has great potential. My financial statment analysis (and all yours' too, I hope) show this company has a phenomenally good set of fundamentals. In particular, it has a very good level of debt for a company that is expanding so quickly and acquiring so many other related companies. In addition, if what the president says is true (that the revenues of the major revenue generating branches of DCI were not included in the 1st quarter earnings), then we are well on our way to the Corinthian estimates of around $53 million in revenue for FY 1998. Even at a much more conservative number, the earnings should be extremely positive. This all begs the question of how is this stock being valued. Is this $1.68 closing price a culmination of some logical market reasoning? If so, what is it? P/E and comparative analysis to other similar companies in the industry still do not warrant the low (and declining price) in my humble and non-professional opinion. So finally, is it just a lack of exposure that is causing this apparent under-valuation? Lets get some ideas out there. I'd really like to see why the "market makers" are bidding as they are and not higher. - ST
